You play a vital role in this process and we need your input. If you are a current Students’ Association member (have paid SA fees this term), register below by Dec 9 to have the presentation sent to you on Dec 10 as well as the information for the Q&A sessions that will be taking place. Then on Dec 11 from 9 am – 4 pm, you can make your voice heard by voting on these topics.

SANQC 2020 AGM Agenda
1.0 Students’ Association Fee Changes
Motion: “Be it resolved by special resolution of the Annual General Meeting of the Students’ Association of NorQuest College that the on-campus Students’ Association fee be reduced from $63.50 to $51.50 and the Students’ Association’s off-campus/online fee be increased from $39.50 to $51.50.
2.0 Presentation of Audited Financial Statements
Motion: “Be it resolved by special resolution of the Annual General Meeting of the Students’ Association of NorQuest College, that the 2020 audited financial statements of the Students’ Association be accepted as presented.”

3.0 Bylaw Revisions
Motion: “Be it resolved by extraordinary resolution of the Annual General Meeting of the Students’ Association of NorQuest College that the revisions to the following bylaws be approved my membership”:
