Grab and Go Stress Free Zone

Need a break from academics? We have some de-stressing activities you can get at our Grab and Go Stress Free Zone booth!

Starting at 11 am on Wed, Nov 24, visit us in Imagine Hall and grab one of three kits* including slime, painting and 3D puzzles to enjoy. We’ll include some activity suggestions you can do with the sets you take.

When you try them out, send us a picture of your creation for us to share online or post it on your Facebook or Instagram and tag us (@norquestsa)! Fall term NorQuest students who do this between Wed, Nov 24 to Wed, Dec 1 will have a chance to win a $50 gift card!

Slime Kit

Did you know that playing with slime promotes mindfulness, is calming, and can help you focus? Enjoy working with the slime kit you got and get creative with your slimy inventions.

You can combine the slime you got with the other cute items included in the kit to make cool creations like these.

 

 

 

 

 

3D Puzzle

Building puzzles has numerous benefits for your mental health including increased IQ, improved mood, and lower stress levels. You can follow the instructions included in the 3D puzzle kit you have. Here are some examples of what your puzzle may look like when built.
