Visit us in Imagine Hall and grab one of our two stress relief kits (while supplies last). Choose from either a DIY kit or a Stress Buster kit at our Grab & Go Stress Free Zone! Take one with you to de-stress and enjoy wherever you’d like.
DIY Kit
This kit includes 3 fun Do it Yourself (DIY) projects for you to enjoy making. In this kit you will find a dream catcher, windchime and plain puzzle to create your own unique puzzle as well as some paint and a paint brush to help you express your creative side.
Stress Buster Kit
We have emssembled this Stress buster kit with playdough, snake cubes, fidget bracelet and a sticky stick hand to help you calm during stressful times.
Enter the Draw!
Spring 2022 NorQuest students can enter our draw for a chance to win a de-stressing prize basket that includes SANQC swag items, playing cards, and a stress ball puzzle. You can find a QR code to enter the draw on our event table.
