SANQC 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Join your Students’ Association on Tue, Dec 13 from 12:30 – 1:30 pm for our Annual General Meeting (AGM)! You play a vital role in this process and we need your input.

How to Register

• If you are a current Students’ Association member (have paid SANQC fees this term), register HERE.
• The deadline to register is Mon, Dec 12 at 9 am.

Ways to Attend

• When: Tue, Dec 13 from 12:30 – 1:30 pm
• In person: Room 2-013, SCFL, doors open at 12 pm on Tue, Dec 13. All in person attendees will get a FREE pizza lunch! An email reminder will be sent to you following the registration deadline. Student ID required.
• Virtually: A link to the virtual session will be emailed to you following the registration deadline.

3.0 Students’ Association Fee Changes

Motion: “Be it resolved by special resolution of the Annual General Meeting of the Students’ Association of NorQuest College that the on-campus Students’ Association fee be increased from $53.50 to $66.00.”

4.0 Presentation of Audited Financial Statements

Motion: “Be it resolved by special resolution of the Annual General Meeting of the Students’ Association of NorQuest College that the 2022 audited financial statements of the Students’ Association be accepted as presented.”
