Join SANQC and the Centre for Growth and Harmony for a series of mental health tools in an effort to continue the conversation around mental health for Bell Let’s Talk Day on Thu, Jan 28.

There will be new wellness activities released on Tue, Jan 19 and Mon, Jan 25 on our Facebook and Instagram feeds.

If you are on campus, check out the Bell Let’s Talk booth in Imagine Hall from Jan 25 – Jan 29 to grab a free Bell Let’s Talk Day toque and important mental health resources.
