Plan for some time to relax and stop by our Grab & Go Stress Free Zone on Mon, Mar 21 in Imagine Hall starting at 11 am (while supplies last). Grab your choice of stress relief kits from these options:
- Slime Kit: Enjoy working with slime and get creative with your slimy inventions. You can combine the slime you got with the other cute items included in the kit to make cool creations you can display.
- Colouring Kit: Carry this adorable butterfly or flower-stained glass colouring book with you and unleash the creativity inside you. The kit comes with 12 colour pencils as well.
- Drawing Kit: Doodle your favourite characters on a sketch pad or take a drawing pad that includes incomplete illustrations you can finish.

Winter 2022 NorQuest students can enter our draw for a chance to win a de-stressing prize basket that includes SANQC swag items, playing cards, and a stress ball puzzle. You can find a QR code to enter the draw on our event table.
