Painting with Happy

Spring is here and flowers are starting to bloom. What better way to celebrate than to create a beautiful piece of art that you can use to decorate your home or gift to friend or family member?

Join Happy from 2 – 4 pm on Tue, Apr 20 where she’ll show you how to create a “Lavender Field” spring painting. Whether you’ve painted before or not, this event is for you. Happy will help you through every step of the process as you create your masterpiece.

What you’ll need:

• Canvas
• Acrylic Paint (purple, white, yellow, green, blue and pink)
• Paint brush (2-3 different sizes)
• 3 or more Q-tips
• Paint Pallet (can be something like a paper plate)
• Painters Tape (optional)

All current winter term NorQuest students that participate will have a chance to win 1 of 2 painting kits to help you continue your creative journey.
