Join a member of NorQuest’s Wellness Team as you venture into some virtual guided yoga and meditation on Blackboard!
You’ll begin with a short grounding exercise, then move into a chair/seated yoga session and a final guided meditation exercise.
All activities can be done with or without cameras on, and participants can choose to participate in some or all of the practices.
No experience or equipment needed (aside from a chair/cushion on the floor) – this will be beginner-friendly.
