Week of Welcome • Esports Game Day
Come watch, learn, and play during the NorQuest Esports Game Day on Wed, May 24 from 10 am - 4 pm at the Innovation Studio on the 5th floor of the Civic Employee Legacy Tower (CELT). Kick it in FIFA on their XBOX’s, play a round of Smash Brothers, or enjoy the competitive world of Valorant on one of the gaming desktops. All are welcome to come and play for free!

Join a member of NorQuest’s Wellness Team as you venture into some virtual guided yoga and meditation on Blackboard! You’ll begin with a short grounding exercise, then move into a chair/seated yoga session and a final guided meditation exercise. All activities can be done with or without cameras on, and participants can choose to participate in some or all of the practices. Come and unwind with the Learner Centre and Wellness teams! Take a break out of your day and play some games with friends, and meet some good boys and girls from CAAWLS. There will be 2 four-legged friends (wellness dogs) on-hand for pets and snuggles to help you bust some stress and get a hit of dopamine to stave off the afternoon slump. Please remember that food is not allowed in the Learner Centre.
