Join SANQC for a collaborative art project led by Happy Vyas! Students will represent themselves through a piece of art that will be added together with pieces from other students to create an art piece that shows the diverse community that makes up NorQuest.

Stress, Education and Wellbeing
Join the Centre for Growth & Harmony for this presentation by the Canadian Mental Health Association about identifying and managing stressors, discovering strategies for self-care, and learning about valuable resources that are available to you. The first session is from 11 am - 12 pm with the second session running from 12 - 1 pm.
